OUR MISSION
To give every Victorian homeowner, investor, and landowner a faster, simpler, and more affordable pathway to creating additional living space. We’re not the biggest company in this space. We’re the company that is most focused on the experience of the person on the other side of the transaction because that’s how this started, and that’s not something we’re willing to lose.
Australia is in the middle of a housing crisis. Rents are rising at 5.7% annually, nearly double wage growth. The average renter now spends more than 33% of their income on housing, exceeding the housing-stress threshold. The federal government set a target of 1.2 million new homes over five years. We are tracking to miss that target by 262,000 homes.
And yet across Victoria, land sits underused. Backyards sit empty. Rural blocks carry no dwellings. Properties sit undeveloped for years because the development process feels complicated, expensive, and uncertain.
The gap between what’s needed and what’s being built is not a shortage of land or a shortage of people willing to invest. There is a shortage of accessible, reliable, certified processes. That is what we provide.
